A murder investigation’s been launched after reports a patient assaulted another at a hospital in Hammersmith.

Police were called to Charing Cross hospital on the 18th of September.

85-year-old Andrew Farmer, from Ealing, died a week later.

Anatoliy Podmazko, who’s 70, is due in court later this month, accused of GBH.
