The victim was attacked on Hanworth Road near School Road just before 2:30 yesterday afternoon and later died in hospital.
Police say the stabbing happened outside the Hounslow Muslim Centre, with no link to the venue suspected.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dash cam or phone footage to contact them on 101.
