Debbie Clack says she faced an agonising wait in the hospital’s family emergency room while her daughter Lillie was being treated.
The 22 year old died three days after the incident in Carshalton Beeches in 2021.
Debbie is asking for donations of toiletries, snacks, and children’s gifts for care packages for families in hospital over the holidays.
Donations can be dropped off at locations including Lillie’s in the Garden tea room in Morden and The Co-operative funeral directors in Stonecot Hill and Carshalton.
