The incident involved a Vauxhall Corsa which clipped two stationary cars and overturned.
Police and paramedics attended the scene, but no-one was injured.
29 year old Mohammed Miah appeared in court earlier charged with dangerous driving and failure to stop for police.
He was also charged with driving without third-party insurance, failure to provide a specimen, and possession of Class A and B drugs.
He’s been remanded in custody.
