A man who murdered a mother at the Notting Hill Carnival has been jailed for life with a minimum 29 years.

Shakeil Thibou stabbed Cher Maximen in front of her three year old daughter at the event’s family day last August.

Moments earlier, the 20 year old attacked a man who was backing away from him.
