A man who has spent his entire life fascinated by trees has now created a 500 page encyclopaedia of his work.

Tree Hunting by Paul Wood has been five years in the making.

It’s seen him travel to some of the UK’s most remote corners to record the stories of 1,000 carefully chosen trees.

But Paul tells Radio Jackie that it’s a certain Oak in South West London that has really captured his heart.

Paul will be holding a Q&A and a special “tree hunting” session at Kew Bookshop on August the 9th.
