Police were called to The Broadway just after midnight yesterday to reports of a stabbing.
40-year-old Luke Brereton from Mitcham died at the scene.
35-year-old Amar Zafar from Kingston has been charged with murder and possession of a bladed article.
He will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court.
