The suspect was found in possession of cocaine and heroin after a pursuit of his electric bike and a foot chase earlier this week.
A search of his address led to items relating to drug supply being seized as well.
The same male was also arrested for failure to stop for police, driving without insurance and was found to be breaching numerous bail conditions.
