Police were called to the High Street just before 7.30 am following g reports of a collision.
The 24 year old driver has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The High Street and parts of Ashley Road was closed most of the morning but reopened 3pm reopened this afternoon and anyone with information or footage is asked to contact Surrey Police on 101.
