29-year-old Alex Rose has also denied a single charge of perverting the course of justice.
21-year-old William Birchard and 22 year old Darren George were killed on the A316 southbound slip road to the M3 in July.
Rose, who appeared via video link from HMP Wandsworth, spoke only to confirm his name and to enter his not guilty pleas.
Co-defendant, 24 year old Tara Knaggs from Yorkshire, has denied assisting an offender.
Both will next appear in court in January with trial proceedings set for August next year.
