Officers were called to Wey Court at 5:15 where the incident is believed to have taken place.
There were also multiple reports of a group of people fighting in the street, believed to be linked to the stabbing.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment on his stab wounds.
Officers are urging any witnesses or anyone with further information to contact them on 101.
