A man has been sentenced to three years and eight months in prison after causing a serious injury by dangerous driving in Egham.
30-year-old Billy Price was sentenced at Reading Crown Court after pleading guilty.
Price failed to stop for police in Windsor in February, before speeding off on the wrong side of Windsor Road, crashing into a Volkswagen.
The passenger of the Volkswagen remains in hospital recovering from her injuries.
Price, who was already disqualified and uninsured, was also banned from driving and must pass an extended test before getting back behind the wheel.
