28 year old Ibrahim Ahmed from Merton, failed to stop for police in December and rode the wrong way down the M25 slip road.
A roadside drugs test revealed illegal substances, and officers later found MDMA on him and cannabis at his home.
He pleaded guilty to multiple offences and was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, a £120 fine, and a 21-month driving ban.
