33 year old Andrew Yeung pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply Class A, B and C drugs.
He was stopped along Portsmouth Road for driving erratically last months, and officers said they could smell Cannabis and searched his car.
As well as the Class A, B and C drugs, they found suspected psychoactive substances and more than £1,400 in cash.
