A man has been found guilty at the Old Bailey of murdering a woman on the first day of the Notting Hill Carnival last year.

20-year-old Shakeil Thibou from Kensington stabbed Cher Maximen with a zombie knife on the 25th of August known as family day.

The mum was stabbed in front of her three-year-old daughter when she was caught up in a fight between a group of men.

The 32-year-old died in hospital, six days later.
