A walker and his own dog were attacked by two other dogs near Sandy Lane Gate on May the 1st.
25 year old Simon Van Heer from Wimbledon is charged with being in charge of a dog that is dangerously out of control and causing injury.
He is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates Court on the 7th of September.
