18 year old Chafik Aziz was charged attempting to travel to Syria to join Islamic State between July and November 2025.
He was arrested at Gatwick Airport on the 4th of November and later re-arrested under the Terrorism Act.
He has been remanded in police custody and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today.
