39-year-old Eddwin Cortes-Pinerez was arrested on Thursday after repots 8 women were touched over their clothing by a man on a bike.
He has been charged with sexual touching after incidents reported between the 3rd and the 24th of July in Greenwich.
He is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today.
