27-year-old Donat Kryeziu, who pleaded guilty to several offences, has been ordered to pay £400 in fines.
He was arrested after police officers observed him dangerously cutting across lanes on a roundabout in Staines.
Kryeziu also refused to give a sample for a sobriety test, and his lack of co-operation was considered by Surrey police.
