36-year-old Craig Tugwell was arrested in October 2020 after failing to stop for police and fleeing on foot.
He pleaded guilty to dangerous driving, driving without a licence, and no insurance.
He’s been given a 58-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and disqualified from driving for four years and six months.
He was also fined £1,500.
