18 year old Stanley Newell’s pleaded guilty to two counts of theft of a motor vehicle, of burglary and the use of a vehicle without insurance.
He was arrested following a police pursuit in July driving a vehicle he has stolen from a home in Ewell earlier that morning.
He’s been jailed for 25 months, 16 of those to be served in a Young Offenders Institution, fined £228, and disqualified from driving.
