Dennis Hammond is undertaking a series of challenges and has already completed a 5k dog walk which raised over £1,000.
The money will go to the Little Oaks Cancer Ward, as well as other hospices and charities.
Dennis explains he started his fundraising drive after being diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer last year.
