The SWITCH Partnership Programme will deliver weekly rugby sessions in schools and training with female coaches.
It’s hoped it will reach to up to 1,500 youngsters over the next two years.
The £80,000 initiative is part funded by Merton Council and will be led by the Harlequins Foundation.
