In 1972, long before worldwide fame, Bob Marley and The Wailers rehearsed at the former Howard Conder Music Centre in Kingston, after being brought to the UK by singer, Johnny Nash.
It was during the period Nash was recording “I Can See Clearly Now.”
The music centre also supplied equipment for CBS London studio sessions and provided the full back-line for Johnny Nash’s first UK tour.
Here, owner and founder, Howard Conder, tells Jackie’s Jacqui Kerr the whole story and gives her a very special preview of his tribute single.
