A judicial review into the Ultra Low Emission Zone is due to take place early next month at the High Court.

A number of councils are asking London Mayor Sadiq Khan to rethink the £12.50 daily charge for the most polluting vehicles.

It’s due to come into force in all London boroughs from the end of August.

Lib Dem leader and Kingston MP, Sir Ed Davey, tells Jackie News the scheme needs to be halted, at least for the time being.
