70 firefighters were called to the property on Woodbourne Avenue just after 4:30 yesterday afternoon.

Most of the roof, third floor and part of the first floor were damaged by the blaze.

Seven people left the property before the brigade arrived and there are no reports of any injuries.

The cause is under investigation.
