A GP surgery in Kingston has gone from Good to Outstanding.

Kingston Health Centre in Skerne Road was last visited by care Quality Commission inspectors in December.

It has around 28,500 NHS patients on its books.

The CQC raised the ratings, in part, for how flexible and responsive surgery staff are at dealing with appointment requests.
