PC Adam Davies shared sensitive information, contacted organised crime groups, and failed to enforce lockdown rules.
He also admitted to gross misconduct for possessing racist images and taking an indecent photo on duty.
Davies resigned in 2021 and was barred from policing by the College of Policing.
