PC Liam Williams has appeared before a gross misconduct hearing.
The panel found he made a number of inappropriate comments to female colleagues between June and October 2021.
He also was found to have wrapped his arms around one of them and lifted her from her seat without consent.
Williams resigned from the Met last month.
He will be added to the Barred List held by the College of Policing meaning he can’t be employed by any force.
