The Ravenscourt Park Hospital site will be converted into 140 new homes and a 65-bed care home.
The site, which first opened as the Royal Masonic Hospital in 1933, has been vacant since 2006.
TT Group says its development will preserve the building’s Art Deco style but only around 20 of the properties will be affordable.
