The initiative was founded in 1995 by the country music legend to inspire a lifelong love of reading in young children.
The scheme, starting in Wandsworth in September, will see every child up to the age of 5 given a free book every month.
It is being funded by the People’s Postcode Lottery and run by The Dollywood Foundation.
Parents can register online to take part.
