Cllr Alexander Ehmann won Innovator of the Year at the 16th annual Cllr Awards last night at London’s Guildhall.
He was responsible for elevating transport and air quality agendas in Richmond by focusing on residents’ involvement in the design process.
The awards are the only national awards to celebrate the vital work of councillors across England and Wales.
