Twickenham has been the home of England Rugby for over 100 years.
But the RFU says financial pressures are proving consequential with Allianz Stadium generating around 85% of total revenue.
One of the options is opening the stadium up to other events as it currently lies empty for as many as 340 days a year.
The RFU is keen to hold more music concerts and improving transport and accessibility to the stadium.
The site currently holds more than 80,000 people and traffic in the area is severely impacted after large events.
The first drop-in event is next Tuesday at the East Stand between 4 and 8pm with other events to follow.
