A church in Ham is to get a share of £1 million to carry out repairs.

Historic England is providing the money to support work at three churches in London including St Richard’s.

£425,000 will be spent on the Grade II listed landmarks’ failing roof.

The 1960s building is recognised for its hyperbolic paraboloid roof and its distinctive Star of David‑shaped plan.
