Elmbridge Community Link was joined by the Mayor of Elmbridge, Cllr Neil Houston and cross-party councillors for a special event.
The celebration was complete with tea and cakes, singing, showcasing projects and the history of the charity.
ECL provides people with learning disabilities and autism a way to gain skills through guided art & crafts and music among other things.
