The Grove Neighbourhood Centre has spent the money on new appliances, cupboards and lighting.
£10,000 was raised via crowdfunding and from donations with the remaining £5,000 coming from the council.
The facilities at the Bradmore Park Road centre hadn’t been upgraded since the building opened in 1982.
