Save Wimbledon Stadium says it has submitted an extensive dossier to Merton Council.
It highlights the many times the greyhound stadium, which used to be based at the site, flooded over the years.
The old venue was demolished in 2018 and replaced with the current football stadium which is currently unplayable due to flooding.
