A building in Fulham which was about to be sold off has been renovated into 13 flats for homeless people.

The site will now be managed with the help of charities and the NHS.

The building is one of eight in the borough providing over 100 beds for those who urgently need them.

Hammersmith and Fulham Councillor, Frances Umeh, says it was vital the council stepped in to prevent the sale.
