A big clean-up is underway in and around Thornton Heath High Street.
As well as deploying mechanical street cleaners Croydon Council says it’ll be tackling graffiti, fly-posting and fly-tipping.
The council is encouraging residents to download its love clean streets app so they can report issues more speedily.
