Police were called to an alley near the Wheatsheaf pub on Kingston Road on the 9th of December after reports of a stabbing.
The man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene.
The boy is due to appear at Guildford Magistrates’ Court today; three others arrested in connection have been released on police bail.
