He was last seen on Friday, October 23rd, at around 10pm on French Street in Sunbury.
Kai is described as black, slim, with curly dark hair and brown eyes, and is believed to be travelling on foot or by public transport.
Officers are concerned for his welfare and are urging anyone who sees him or has information on him to contact police.
