The 75-year-old died suddenly last month and a private family funeral will take place later this morning.
Paul was the co-owner of Paul Strank Roofing, a family business established in Wimbledon for over 50 years.
His family asked that in lieu of flowers, people donate to The Paul Strank Charitable Trust which he set up alongside his wife, Irene.
