The course teaches them how to spot warning signs, respond to incidents and support vulnerable customers.

It also covers the Ask for Angela scheme, which allows people to discreetly ask staff for help if they feel unsafe.

Wandsworth Council says the training aims to make nights out safer for residents and visitors.
