The postal workers union claims Royal Mail is “on the brink of collapse” and is calling for an emergency meeting with the government to discuss its future.

The Wimbledon based Communication Workers Union says the company’s new delivery model should be paused, claiming workloads are unmanageable.

Royal Mail insists its restructuring plan is 90% complete and that it’s “continuing to see positive results”.
