Thames Water says it is waiting for water quality test results before returning the water network in West Molesey to normal operation.

Repairs to the burst water main are complete, but the company says the network is still operating differently to protect water quality.

The network remains stable, although customers in affected areas may experience low water pressure during periods of high demand.

It affected 15,000 homes at its peak.

A further update is expected by two o’clock this afternoon.
