The race took place on the 9th of October 1926, with Tommy Bullus winning the 50 mile under 500cc event on a New Hudson motorcycle.
The meeting helped establish a series of Grand Prix races at Brooklands, which continued until 1930.
The centenary is part of a year of celebrations at the museum, which has also marked 100 years since Britain’s first Grand Prix.
