Croydon Council is considering changing how its adult learning service, CALAT, is run.

An independent review recommends bringing in specialist providers to run courses.

A public consultation could follow, giving learners, staff and residents a chance to have their say.

Most CALAT classes are also moving from Croydon Clocktower to Strand House in Thornton Heath this month.
