It uses a video call with a trained assistant to guide users from nearby bus stops to hospital entrances.

The sites include Epsom, Molesey, Walton, Sunbury, Leatherhead and Woking.

The service is funded by Surrey County Council and is also available at several bus and train stations across the county.
