Wandsworth Bridge has fully reopened weeks ahead of schedule and under budget.
In the last four months, crucial repairs were carried out including waterproofing, resurfacing, and adding new stepped cycle tracks.
Cabinet Member for Transport, Nick Austin, thanked drivers and cyclists for their patience.
He said the ‘vital river crossing is now officially fit for the future’.
