Reverend Joe Moore is the vicar at St John the Divine and a director at Richmond Soup Kitchen.
The charity is receiving around £10,000 from a recent fundraiser.
Joe says because Richmond is prosperous and affluent, that often overshadows the plight of its more vulnerable residents.
